Important: All CHS volunteer opportunities require that you have a Criminal History Background Check Form on file (see the link on the menu bar).

To volunteer, please complete the CHS Volunteer Application Form and return it to the reception desk at the school or mail to CHS PTSO, P.O. Box 243, Coppell, TX 75019.
