Schedule Pick Up

Welcome to the 2011-2012 School Year at CHS! Schedule Pickup will occur on the following schedule:

Schedule Pickup Makeup Night – Tuesday, August 16 from 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Reminders:

• The parent/guardian must have updated the student’s information on the portal for the 2010-2011 school year.
• The student must bring a copy of the most current electric, water or gas bill.
• The “Truancy Warning Notice” must be completed and signed.
• All immunizations must be up-to-date.
• The Student Code of Conduct/Handbook Form must be completed and signed.
• Fines from the previous school year must be cleared.

FISH Camp

FISH Camp is for ALL incoming Freshmen and will be held Thursday, Aug 11th. For last names A-K, it will be held from 9:00-12:00p.m; for last names L-Z, it will be held from 1:00-4:00p.m. At FISH Camp, students will tour the school, meet the principal and counselors, find their lockers, and will conclude with a Pep Rally.

NO SCHEDULES WILL BE GIVEN OUT DURING FISH CAMP. Freshmen schedule pickup is Tuesday, Aug 9th, 9AM-12PM.

Teacher Breakfast

Each year the PTSO hosts a breakfast for over 200 teachers and staff to welcome them back to school. This year’s event will take place on Friday, August 19th, at 7:30AM in the small commons. To help or donate food, please contact Tina Boyd.

First Day of School

Volunteers are needed to assist students who were unable to attend Schedule Pickup. If you can help between 8-10AM on Monday, Aug 22th (the first day of school), please contact Amy Dungan.
